Deferment of APIC 2020

In alignment with the Covid-19 safety measures, the APIC 2020 in India which was to be hosted by CPMA in 2023, has been tentatively planned around May 2023. This announcement is a follow-up to the previous communique released on 23rd Dec 2021. As the pandemic continues to persist and the Omicron variant has caused a huge wave of infections, there is an increasing number of new cases in some APIC countries. While some countries have gradually eased restrictions, others are not ready to resume the normal economic activities. As no consensus has been reached on holding APIC in May 2023, the members have collectively decided to hold a discussion in June 2022 to finalise the date for the next APIC, after monitoring the situation for another few months. Let us support one another as we fight the Covid-19 pandemic undivided across borders.
